A Simple Guarantee Process

   We can resolve your issue easily to your satisfaction.  For this, please indicate order number, item code and all the steps steps you have already taken to make the item work.
   All you need is to contact us and to follow this process.

Please kindly follow the guarantee process above. Only defective items can be returned for a full compensation. If your item needs to be returned, we will provide you a R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization).

14 days Replacement Guarantee

If a product doesn't work, you can send it back to us for a replacement as long as it is within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us will be covered fully by the customer.On our side, we will pay the shipping fees to ship the item back to you.

Missing Items

We recommend you carefully check the package's content before signing for the delivery.

Then please submit a ticket with your order number and indicating us which item or accessory is missing along picture of the outer packaging. We will offer a solution.

What If I receive the Wrong Item

Please contact us with all the details and pictures showing us the issue.

1. If we sent the wrong item, we will either exchange the item or refund you in full.

2. If you made a mistake by ordering the wrong item, we will either refund you partially if you keep them or request to return the item for a full refund or an exchange.Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us will be covered fully by the customer. For exchange customer will pay shipping fees both ways.

Return Fees

In all instances, no matter what the reason for returning the goods, the buyer must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to us. Whether you are requesting a refund, repair or exchange, you must send the item back before we can take action and proceed. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund, repair or exchange immediately.
